- Unopened items in original packaging
- Faulty products within the warranty period
- Items received damaged or incorrect
- Products with all accessories included
Not eligible
- Items with removed or damaged seal
- Consumables (screen protectors, cables opened)
- Personalized or engraved products
- Software or digital licenses once activated
How to start a return
- 1. Go to Account → Orders and open the order.
- 2. Click "Request return" and pick the items and reason.
- 3. Our team confirms within 24 hours and arranges pickup.
- 4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we issue the refund.
